About This Product
■Packaged motor drive system ideal for AGV/AMR with transport weight of 1t to 3t
・iTAS System2 is a geared servo motor + DC power input drive package system ideal for AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles).
・iTAS system 2 is a strategic product that has made the conventional iTAS more compact and lower in price.
・We have obtained the necessary UL certification for the US market.
・iTAS system 2's drive "SIMCO2" uses a safety encoder as standard.
・Implemented STO (Safe Torque Off) and SBC (Safe Brake Control, *optional) compatible with international safety standards SIL3 PLe. We provide reliable safety for conveyance systems.
・DC48V is recommended for input power supply. The rated output of the motor is 1350W (internal gear ratio 1:11.75) and the rated output of the driver is 5,000W.
- Compatible with the industrial safety communication "Profisafe", which reduces the number of parts such as safety contactors and makes it easier to implement safety functions. (STO can be operated through Profisafe. Position and speed information can also be communicated with the safety PLC as "safety data")
・In addition, “CIP Safety” (EtherNet/IP Safety) is scheduled to be implemented in March 2025.
