Our product lineup includes high performance, high precision, and low cost testing equipment based on power ultrasound and frequency analysis for evaluating material properties.

■Features

New device standardizes prestressing of piezoelectric ceramics and prevents damage to converters and power ultrasonic transducers

■How to use

Simply connect PiezoClamping®, enter the ceramic parameters, and tighten the transducer bolts until the desired prestress is reached. Tightening can be applied slowly with pauses without affecting the result. Unlike tightening torque, prestress does not depend on the size or amount of ceramic, type of bolt, thread finish or lubrication, etc.
