About This Product

It is lightweight (width 180cm, height 40cm, weight approx. 11kg), making it easy to move from storage and install. ``Water does not leak, the water stop plate is fixed while applying pressure to the floor surface without the need for conventional concave side pillars or recessed rails on the floor (design priority)'' This new concept is the basis for the water stop plate. We created a side pressure mechanism + floor pressure mechanism (patented).

■Features

This is a completely new type of water stop plate installation system that allows you to easily install and remove water stop plates at building entrances and exits. Most conventional waterproof board systems require guide posts to be installed on both sides of the entrance to the building to secure the water stop board, and even when the water stop board is removed, the posts remain in place, reducing the aesthetics of the building. Not only that, but it also cost extra to install the supports. The water stop plate can be installed at existing entrances and exits of buildings using the water stop plate fixing ratchet, and is an innovative water stop plate installation that allows pressure to be applied in the horizontal (sideways) and vertical (floor) directions. It's about being a system. (Patent pending) There is almost no need for extensive construction on site, making it possible to install it at about half the cost of conventional equipment (compared to our company).

■Installation method

The water stop plate can be easily installed by simply inserting the water stop plate fixing pin into the pre-installed hole and operating the water stop plate fixing ratchet. The panels are all made of aluminum, so they are lightweight and can be easily installed, even by women. (If the width is 1.8m and the height is 40cm, the weight of the panel is approximately 11kg.The color and height of the panel can also be customized.)

・Water leakage amount: 200ml/m2 per hour (*This water leakage amount is a test value and is not a guaranteed value.) ・Price for water stop plate (tide barrier plate) only 　W=1,200 or less H350~400 268,000 yen~W=3,000 or less H~700 669,000 yen ・Depending on the location where you wish to install water stop plates (tide barriers), pillar installation work or floor smoothing may be required. ・Water stop plate (tide barrier plate) Small pillars for installing “Mizudome-kun 2” and floor smoothing are included in the construction cost. ・Additionally, approximately 10% of the cost will be charged for on-site measurements, production drawings, etc.
