About This Product
This device can be separated from the RH vacuum removal furnace, silicon single crystal pulling device, etc. into high -purity argon gas.
■ Principles
The adsorbent Zeolite has a smaller and separated argon's adsorption than nitrogen, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide.
Therefore, high -purity argon recovery is performed from algon mixed gas including the above gas.

・ High purity argon (Max. 99.999 %) can be collected.
・ The algon collection rate is 70-80 %.
