About This Product

This device can be separated from the RH vacuum removal furnace, silicon single crystal pulling device, etc. into high -purity argon gas.

■ Principles

The adsorbent Zeolite has a smaller and separated argon's adsorption than nitrogen, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide. Therefore, high -purity argon recovery is performed from algon mixed gas including the above gas.

■ Features

・ High purity argon (Max. 99.999 %) can be collected. ・ The algon collection rate is 70-80 %.

■ Use

・ Collection of argon from steel industry RH vacuum removal. Collection of argon from continuous casting equipment exhaust gas. Collection of argon from LF furnace exhaust gas. ・ Semiconductor silicon recovery from single crystal exhaust gas. -Argon collection from various other argon -containing exhaust gas.
