About This Product

This device is an on-site hydrogen manufacturing device that incorporates MGC-MH processes (Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Co., Ltd.) into PSA based on engineering technology cultivated by Sumitomo Nuclear Machinery as a comprehensive PSA device manufacturer. We provide on -site inexpensive hydrogen gas for semiconductors, glass / optical fiber, metal heat treatment, oils and fats and other chemical processes.

■ Principles
・ The raw material methanol is modified to hydrogen rich gas with a modified device. Gas is purified by PSA of Sumitomo Kento, a comprehensive PSA manufacturer, and supplies high -purity hydrogen gas.
・ Thorough energy conservation is realized to collect heat and unresponsive methanol.
