About This Product

■Features

- Chain that is friendly to people and the environment ・Compliant with CE Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC

■80% lighter

-Achieved 80% weight reduction compared to conventional metal chains. ・One person can handle a 20 meter long M link. -Reduces the physical burden on workers, prevents damage to cargo, and greatly improves the efficiency of slinging and lashing work.

■Super low expansion/contraction/super wear resistance

- Adopts Dyneema DM20, which has extremely low permanent elongation, and has a low elongation rate of less than 2.5%, making length adjustment easy. - Ideal as a replacement for existing metal chain slings. Additionally, it does not absorb rainwater or seawater, and has strong resistance to abrasion, cutting, chemicals, and ultraviolet rays.

■Long life even if damaged

Damaged links can be removed, connected with shackles and used again. Dyneema's material properties also reduce the risk of electric shock and noise pollution. m-link can be used in combination with commercially available metal fittings.

■Application examples

Lashing and slinging of heavy objects / Reduction of fuel costs and CO2 emissions in air and rail transport / Mooring of floating equipment / Unbalanced load lifting / Roll lifting, etc.

■Precautions for use

*Usage environment: -40℃ to 70℃ *If the suspended load is sharp, appropriate measures such as using a protective cover are required.
