Inside the sealed aluminum alloy case is a drum that winds the wire rope, and the wire rope is wound up by the force of the built-in spring. It also has a built-in ratchet mechanism that uses centrifugal force, so it can be freely pulled out or locked depending on the withdrawal speed.
Wire rope can be pulled out freely at speeds below the speed of a person's walking, but when that speed limit is exceeded, the ratchet instantly locks onto the ratchet wheel fixed to the drum or case, stopping the rope from being fed out. , arresting the fall. When you loosen the rope, the lock will be released and you can pull it out again.
All models are automatically retracted using springs, so the wire rope will not come loose and you can work safely and freely.
■Installation example
If installed on a pile driver, the SL body may shake violently due to vibrations or strong winds, which may cause it to be hit against the pile driver and damage the body.
