About This Product

The highly safe EC type liquid ring compressor is used in various fields including the petrochemical industry. Can be used to compress all gases and vapors. No lubricating oil is required in the pump chamber, making it environmentally friendly. Designed with a large internal gap (between rotating and stationary parts) to avoid wear due to metal contact. There is little effect on contamination of droplets from the suction side and condensation of steam. Effectively removes compression heat, ideal for compressing flammable and explosive gases.

■Applications

・Suction gas (acetylene, butadiene, other hydrocarbon gases, VCM, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, ozone, chlorine) ・Sealing liquid (water, 98% sulfuric acid, acetic acid, alcohols, phenol, toluene, EDC) ・Others (rubber refining, solvent recovery, hydrogen gas compression, chlorine gas compression, carbon dioxide gas recovery, digested sludge gas agitation, gasoline desulfurization, LNG/LPG/refinery gas transfer, pressure filter/RPF compression (terephthalic acid, bisphenol) -A, Purification of adipic acid, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride)
