■Product features
・Large load capacity The unique friction transmission mechanism with many thin friction disks has many pressure contact points, so the contact pressure is low and there is plenty of load capacity.
- Resistant to overloads The contact parts transmit power in a state close to fluid friction, so even if a certain amount of overload is applied, there is no risk of the oil film breaking and creating metal-to-metal contact.
・Long life The friction discs are made of a special alloy steel with excellent wear resistance and high fatigue strength, and the mechanism that maintains an oil film between the contact surfaces prevents wear of the friction discs. There are very few and the durability is outstanding.
