About This Product
■Energy saving, CO2 reduction
Equipped with a motor that meets domestic top runner standards (premium efficiency: equivalent to IE3). Long-term use will significantly reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions. (0.4kW is standard efficiency) Comparison of annual power saving charges: 0.75kW-4 poles, 9,100 yen reduction, 1.5kW-4 poles, 12,700 yen reduction.
■Ensuring installation compatibility with three-phase standard type
It has the same mounting dimensions as the three-phase standard type (without brake), so it can be replaced as is. (However, the overall length is longer than the three-phase standard type. Also, since the replacement with our conventional brake equipped model will be different, we will manufacture it on a made-to-order basis.)
■Protection structure IP44 (IP55 for outdoor type)
Since the brake part is equipped with a brake cover, the protection structure ensures reliability of standard IP44 and outdoor type IP55. It prevents water from adhering to the brake braking surface and prevents lining wear particles from scattering.
■Equipped with a rectifier unit for each motor power supply specification as standard.
A rectifier unit compatible with the motor power supply is installed inside the terminal box. It can be used by simply connecting the power supply in the same way as the three-phase standard type. (Down transformer for brake is not required for 400V class)
■Standard adoption of heat resistance class F
The motor and brake parts are also heat resistant class F, ensuring higher reliability than conventional products.
■With manual loosening device
A new, easy and reliable release mechanism has been adopted for the manual loosening device, making it possible to release the motor during installation or after a power outage without disassembling the motor.
