■Features
- Possible to drill holes in thick metal sandwich panel materials.
-Using a guide bar prevents the center hole from becoming too large, allowing you to drill holes in metal siding cleanly and safely.
- By using the separately sold guide bar 320 (PCSMGB320), it is possible to drill holes in metal sandwich panel materials up to 130 mm thick.
■Applications
・Drilling holes in hard metal sandwich panel material (Neurax II®).
- For drilling holes in metal siding using Galvalume Steel Plate®, iron plates up to 4 mm thick, stainless steel plates*1, and deck plate steel plates*2.
*1 Drill the center hole with a stainless steel drill, and use the super metal core center drill as a guide.
*2 The durability of the cutter may decrease when making interrupted cuts on deck plate steel plates. After drilling a deck plate, if you use it on a workpiece other than the deck plate, the drilling performance may deteriorate.
