■Features
・Can drill holes in reinforced concrete using dry method.
・Positioning is ensured by the carbide center pin.
- The cutter has an outer circumferential thread that allows for good removal of chips.
■Applications
- For plumbing work such as air conditioners, water, gas, electricity, etc.
- Reinforcing bars (D13: 4-split bars) For dry drilling work in concrete, PC concrete, extruded cement, etc.
・For perforating Hume pipes, ceramic pipes, and PVC pipes.
・For perforating tiles.
・Performance may deteriorate significantly depending on the type of tile.
・For hard tiles, please use Wetmond Core Drill or S-Rock Tile Hole Saw.
■About dressing (setting)
If you feel that the cutting edge has suddenly lost its sharpness while drilling, or if any abnormalities occur with the cutting edge, such as discoloration of the cutting edge, try drilling several times using the separately sold diamond dressing plate, or use the normal drilling procedure (dry method is fine). ) to drill a hole in the lightweight block or GC grindstone and sharpen it.
Dressing will restore the sharpness.
We recommend using our dressing plate for dressing.
