About This Product

AD-Top Guard is a penetrating surface stain prevention agent. Prevents dirt from seeping into the surface without changing the texture of the material. Double coating with a penetrating water absorption inhibitor allows for even stronger stain prevention.
  
■Features ・Top Guard is a surface water and oil repellent for stone, tile, and concrete. This product focuses on preventing dirt from penetrating the surface of the material, especially oil dirt. It can be used in a variety of places and purposes, such as building floors and kitchen countertops.
 ・Top Guard can be used as a top coat for penetrating coating agents (AD-Super White, etc.) to provide a stronger antifouling effect on the surface of the material.
 ・Top Guard does not change the finish of the material after application, but it may create a deep finish on some materials, so testing is required in advance.
 ・Although the top guard can be used alone, it is not possible to prevent the wet color phenomenon caused by suction from the back side, so we recommend using AD-Super AD White together around water and on floors.
 ・The antifouling effect of the top guard varies depending on the type of stone.
 - The recommended application amount is 50cc to 100cc per 1m2, but be sure to conduct a test to confirm the antifouling effect and color.
 
■How to use AD-Top Guard - If there is any dirt on the surface to be applied, wash it thoroughly and dry it thoroughly. 
 ・Cannot be applied when wet or humid. Be sure to dry thoroughly. 
 - If outside, do not apply AD-Top Guard on days when it is likely to rain. Please make sure there is no rain for at least one day before applying the product.
 - If the temperature is below 5℃, the product may become cloudy, so please boil it in hot water, etc., and check that there is no cloudiness before use. 
 *AD-Top Guard does not form a film on the surface. Therefore, if water or oil remains on the surface for a long time, it will gradually penetrate into the base material.
