About This Product

This product is a product in which the "BGL300 series [high-intensity blue-green luminescence/aluminate-based/phosphorescent powder]" is processed into ink for textile printing. *Made to order

■Product overview

LumickColor's "Silk screen printing ink for textiles (water-based special urethane resin type)". It can be used for printing on cotton, T/C, silk, and polyester. The phosphorescent content and coloring density have been adjusted, so you can use it as is for maximum performance. For example, colorful phosphorescent prints such as those on Bandai Glowing Pajamas DX can be easily processed without the need for complicated adjustments by the customer. How to use

■Before processing

If this product is printed directly onto dark colored fabrics such as black or navy blue, the luminous performance will be significantly lower. Lay out a white layer before phosphorescent printing and apply this product on top of it. silk screen

■Processing example

・This product: 100 ・Water (viscosity adjustment): 0 to X ・REACTANTE-15 (crosslinking agent): 3 [Print → Drying] x 2 degrees → Baking (140℃ x 3 minutes) REACTANTE-15 is a crosslinking agent. Please add as necessary. Compared to when it is not used, it is expected that the washing fastness will be improved by half to one grade, and it can also be expected to have the effect of making it difficult for phosphorescence to fall off due to friction.

■Estimated usage amount

It varies depending on the desired brightness, number of overprints, and coating thickness, but it is approximately 0.02g to 0.1g per square cm (1g is about 20 square cm to 50 square cm). Our standard value is approximately 0.08g/cm2 for #800, 300μm, and one-time printing (quite thick). The amount of space required for your work will vary depending on the print size and number of prints, so please check with yourself.
