The SR200 gate scanner is used for automatic wave shape restoration of SR250, SR255 gate integral.
■ mechanism
The box car system allows you to configure a measurement system according to the application by connecting various independent modules to the main frame SR280. In SRS's box car system, signals are analyzed based on the Gate Integrator SR250 and the high -speed sampler SR255.
