About This Product

■Features

・Achieved low cost by integrating sensor + control circuit ・Can measure wide area from 1.0×10+5 to 5.0×10-7Pa ・Digital control realizes smooth switching operation ・Uses a connector that can be attached and detached without a screwdriver, realizing a compact integrated structure. ・Equipped with 2 set point outputs as standard ・Equipped with DC0 to 10V [log linear] output proportional to pressure as standard ・Equipped with RS-485 digital communication, which is ideal for automation, as standard (Set point settings can be changed using either external communication or the built-in switch of the probe) ・Can operate with a power supply of DC24V (DC12 to 30V) (Display unit is AC100 to 240V *200V dedicated connector is optional) - Wide range measurement is possible with a single probe, making it ideal for various vacuum devices. ・Simple cleaning can be done without removing the circuit unit.
