About This Product

■Features

・Tungsten thin film coating equipment for electron microscopes. - Useful for ultra-high magnification observations in ultra-high resolution SEM. (200,000 times more) -Equipped with a sample reversing mechanism, allowing continuous coating on both sides of the grid mesh. ・Metal plates (optional) such as noble metals/Mo/Cr/Ni/Ta/Cu/Ti can be coated. - Adopts an air-cooled magnetron target to minimize sample damage and prevent target temperature rise. ・Argon gas is used as the atmosphere gas. - Button layout that makes operation easier when setting conditions. - Fully automatic operation with one button after setting the conditions. (Precious metals only) ・High-performance coating equipment equipped with interlock and safety mechanisms.
