About This Product

■ mechanism

The distributed gas monitor PPM100 is a control device for the residual gas analyzer (process gas monitor) RGA series. The menu of the user interface allows the operator to monitor up to eight RGA units with simple operations. The residual gas analyzer ionizes gas samples, selects sample ions with a quartet analyzer, and finally converts them into electrons in the ion detection unit, enabling high accuracy residual gas analysis. 。 The data sent from the RGA unit can be confirmed in real time on the PPM100 display, and you can check the gas analysis data and link it to the alarm system. It also has four I/O ports, so it is possible to manage heaters and actuators using analysis data. The interface is equipped with GPIB, USB, RS-232C, Ethernet, and it is possible to share the analysis data directly on a computer or web.

■ Main applications and markets

Divided pressure gas monitor is used for LCDs and OLED panel manufacturing equipment process monitors, various environmental measurements, and R & D systems in combination with the residual gas analyzer RGA series. Cons Technology handles one PPM100 model.
