About This Product
This is a UV irradiation device designed to efficiently and uniformly irradiate the coating of wood products with UV rays. The purpose of this device is to efficiently and uniformly irradiate ultraviolet light (365nm) to workpieces being transported on a conveyor.
The irradiation furnace contains four 4,000W irradiators. The irradiator that houses the lamp has a special aluminum mirror that efficiently reflects and focuses ultraviolet rays, and the irradiation distance can be adjusted within the range of 100 to 400 mm. The conveyance section is a SUS net belt, and the conveyance speed is up to 20m/min.
