About This Product

This is an X-ray line sensor camera with an inspection range that is ideal for the width of the object to be inspected.

■Provided with specifications most suitable for customer's line equipment. This is a third generation X-ray line sensor camera.Imagetec's X-ray line sensor camera, which has been widely used since 2003, is now in its third generation. The development of a low-noise circuit to improve the S/N ratio has made it possible to acquire clear images, and it has also been designed to improve customer convenience by operating only with a 24V DC supply. If you let us know the width of the object to be inspected, conveyance speed, and required resolution, we will provide you with the optimal specifications.

・Baggage inspection (airports, banks, exhibition halls, concert halls, etc.)
・Foreign substance contamination inspection (food, medicine, clothing, etc.)
・Quantity inspection (sweets, medicine, food, etc.)
・Inspection inside aluminum packaging that cannot be done with metal inspection machines

Features of CT-3i series
■The range of inspection objects is 50mm to 1,600mm.We can deliver an X-ray line sensor camera with the optimal range for the width of the object to be inspected.

・650mm for suitcase
・1,000mm for structural wood boards.

■Appropriate pixel size can be selected according to the inspection contentBy simply replacing the elements for all standard cameras, you can obtain the optimal resolution for your inspection content. There are three types of line sensor elements installed in the camera, depending on the resolution. All elements can be mounted on the camera.

Pixel spacing can be selected from 0.2mm, 0.4mm, and 0.8mm

・0.2mm element for semiconductor substrate
・0.4mm for general foreign body inspection
・0.8mm element for high-speed conveyor lines

■Line speed is doubled compared to conventional modelsThe applicable line speed can be selected depending on the element installed in the camera. Capable of capturing images in the short time required by production lines.

■There are only two cables connected to the camera: the power cable and the camera link cable.The power supply is one DC24V system. There is no need to prepare a dedicated power supply. For example, please use it in common with the PLC power supply. The camera signal is Camera Link output (Base Configuration). Standard cables are available.
