About This Product

The oil-containing drain water discharged from the air compressor is treated to meet the water pollution control law's permissible wastewater standards (normal hexane extractables content 5 pprln) before being discharged. This is an innovative device that combines oil/water separation function and adsorption processing.

■Features

・Normal hexane value after treatment is 5pprrl (mg/2) or less. The combination of oil/water separation function and adsorption treatment achieves long element life and low cost. (Replacement 1~3 times/year) ・Significant cost reduction is possible by reducing drain treatment costs. Achieved reduction of factory waste liquid. Drain water from small compressors can also be treated all at once. - Equipped with a warning counter (alarm lamp display) and pump pressure gauge as standard for determining element life. It is possible to stably process drain water to less than 5 pprll (mg/ℓ). -Easy to replace elements. (Approximately 10 minutes) By using a high-performance adsorbent, it is possible to treat drain water from most lubricating oils (mineral oil and synthetic oil).
