About This Product

By keeping the pressure in the piping constant from the raw material pump to the filling machine, variations in filling weight can be suppressed. A "constant pressure device" is a device that uses air pressure to maintain a constant pressure inside the piping of raw materials supplied from the pump to the filling machine, enabling stable supply to the filling machine.

When feeding raw materials from a pump, the surplus is fed into a constant pressure cylinder, and when the constant pressure cylinder is full, the supply from the pump is stopped and the raw material in the cylinder is discharged into the piping at a constant pressure. This feature eliminates the need to synchronize the speeds of the filling machine and pump for each product.

Additionally, it is possible to minimize the effects of pressure shortages that occur when starting the pump motor, and pressure fluctuations when changing gears and filling speeds, making it possible to stably supply raw materials to multiple filling machines.
