About This Product

Directly connected to an external I/O unit such as PLC (NEX-PLC not required) Operation can be controlled externally and the specified number can be taken out. The communication connector is standardly mounted on the back of the main unit, but can also be mounted on the left side by special order. Features

■Space saving, easy installation

It is easy to install and can flexibly respond to line changes. Also, since a dedicated interface is not required, it can be installed at a lower cost and in less space than the FME-36B.

■Accurately supply any set quantity

Accurately counts and discharges the set number. Feeding speed approximately 0.8 seconds/piece

■Durability of the motor is dramatically improved

By using a brushless main motor, the motor life has been dramatically improved (over 20 times longer than our previous model).

■Optional counter unit

This is an optional product that enables independent operation of FME-36BD. It is possible to supply the number of units set on the counter. Can be used for operation confirmation and independent operation.

■Capacity is greatly increased when combined with a hopper

By combining it with a hopper, it can operate for a longer period of time. NJ-80F (approx. 800cc), T-510F (approx. 400-800cc), MHP-80F (approx. 800cc)
