About This Product

■Summary

LEX3 is a new LED lighting system that uses high-output LED chips and a unique feedback mechanism to maintain stable light intensity. Achieved brighter and more stable lighting than the conventional LED system LEX2. A green (peak: 530nm) model is available (blue is no longer in production).

■Main features

・High output: 360mW/cm2 or more ・High stability: less than 0.3% brightness change ・Slight flicker: less than 0.015%

■Application

・As an excitation light source for high-speed fluorescence imaging such as membrane voltage-sensitive dye imaging, calcium imaging, and GCaMP imaging. ・Light source to stimulate photoactivated proteins such as channelrhodopsin 2 (ChR2) ・For other imaging applications that require stable and bright light

■LED intensity at 150% setting
