About This Product

■Summary

LEX9 is a high brightness, high stability LED light source system developed for biological research. Up to two LED units can be installed inside. LED units from visible light to near-infrared light are available, so you can select various wavelengths to match the fluorescent probe. Not only can you manually turn on and off 1 to 2 wavelengths, but you can also alternately turn on 2 wavelengths by frame synchronizing with a high-speed camera system. Ideal as an excitation light source for high-speed fluorescence imaging.

・Even higher brightness: Improves imaging S/N ratio ・High stability: Does not add unnecessary noise to biological signals ・Dual wavelength excitation: 2 wavelengths measurement possible with 1 camera ・High-speed switching: For high-speed imaging and pulsed light stimulation ・Extensibility: Compatible with various fluorescent probes ・Wide-range illumination: Illuminates the entire area even when observing at low magnification application

・LED unit Center wavelength: ``Output wavelength width depends on the bandpass filter used in combination / For wavelengths not listed, please consult.'' ・LED unit Approximate brightness is the value at "100% output". It also "depends on the transmittance of the bandpass filter used together." ・LED unit The built-in filter cube is ``2 excitation filters / 1 dichroic mirror''. - Main unit lighting mode is "optimal for pulsed light irradiation/optimal for long-term lighting". - Main unit Brightness drift is the value when "OFB mode is used". ・This is the brightness rise time when "CC mode is used".
