About This Product

A new model of FOOD printer that can print directly on food has been released. MMP-F13 has a compact footprint while maintaining the same productivity as the conventional model. In addition, it is an easier-to-use food printer with improved operability/functionality and maintainability.
・Easy to use: Uses a highly visible touch panel
・Functionality: Automatically adjusts the height when the sensor detects the material to prevent contact between the material and the print head
・Maintenance: The front cover has a wide opening for easy maintenance.
・You can choose between "natural pigment ink" or "synthetic pigment ink" for the ink used.

■Supports thickness up to 12.5cm, direct printingMaximum print area is 32.9cm x 48.3cm. Within this range, materials of various sizes can be handled. You can print just one material with a diameter of about 30 cm, or you can print many materials (about 1,000) with a diameter of about 0.5 cm side by side.

■Printer section and base section (tray section) can be easily separatedThe printer section and base section can be easily separated. It has a lightweight design with the printer section weighing approximately 22 kg and the base section weighing approximately 38 kg. This allows for easy movement and relocation within the store after installation. In addition, since it is possible to replace only the printer part, quick support is also possible.
