About This Product

Direct printing on food, of course it's edible. The secret is edible ink. We offer brightly colored synthetic colored inks and natural colored inks.

There is no need to transfer it to film, so it is OK even if it is uneven like a rice cracker. Depending on the purpose, it can also be printed on cakes by printing on sweetened film.

■Two types of ink can be selectedEdible ink is formulated at a factory licensed as a food additive manufacturer using only food additives permitted under the Food Sanitation Act. You can use either natural pigment ink or synthetic pigment ink depending on the type of food and the image of the product.

・Synthetic pigments: synthetic additive pigments

■Compatible with print sizes up to 32.9 x 50 cm and thickness 12.5 cm・The MMP813BT, which uses a moving head, is a desktop model printer that is compatible with A3 size and capable of high-speed printing. The size makes it easy to work with, so you can line up several sweets and print repeatedly.
・The MMP-8130F-BC, which uses the conveyor as a conveyor, is a printer suitable for continuous printing for production.
