About This Product

■Features of MF-2200D

・Large output is possible with a 300mm square printing area, which is the largest of any desktop model 3D printer. Equipped with two heads, it is possible to perform two-color molding and molding of different materials using different materials. - Adopts a dual carriage system where one head leaves the printing area and waits after finishing work. The head developed by Mutoh Industries can stably maintain a high heat capacity and is lightweight, allowing for faster axis movement, increasing the printing speed by approximately 1.2 times (compared to Mutoh Industries). - Equipped with a heater on the modeling table to suppress shrinkage and warping due to resin temperature changes. By using a head installed on the top of the housing for the XY axes and a printing table that moves up and down on the Z axis, we have suppressed XYZ misalignment and achieved high-resolution printing. - Compatible with ABS, PLA as well as other materials. When printing with different materials, water-soluble filament PVA can also be used as a support material to support overhang printing. Support materials made from PVA can be dissolved in tap water, eliminating the need to remove support materials.

■Various functions for high-precision modeling

・Open reel method: Installed at the front of the top of the main unit for easy filament replacement. The filament uses an open reel method that causes less trouble. ・LED light: Comes standard with an LED light that brightly illuminates the object. ・Double cooling fan: A double cooling fan that is effective in controlling the temperature to properly cure the molded object. ・Leak-proof shutter: Equipped with a leak-proof shutter during standby. Eliminate stress when using different materials
