About This Product

HDX has become an essential tool for protein binding studies in drug development. HDX-MS is a method that uses a mass spectrometer to monitor changes over time in the exchange reaction of amide protons in heavy water. For over 15 years, the Trajan Automation team (officially LEAP Technologies) has been automating HDX experiments and is a leader in the field. Our HDX platform, when combined with mass spectrometry, helps researchers obtain more information about proteins faster than traditional methods.
