An air shower is a device installed at the entrance to a clean room, etc. This is used to prevent contaminants such as dust from being brought in when people or objects enter the clean room from outside. With Toyoshima Electric's air showers, we can suggest the one that best suits your environment and needs.

■FEATURE

For air showers, leave it to Toyoshima Electric. You can choose the air shower's outlet surface, door type, and size.

■Standard air shower

・Single blow shower with jet wind speed of 23m/sec or more. - Double blow type, ideal for narrow passageways with a width of 1200mm. -Equipped with HEPA (dust collection efficiency of 99.97% or more) in the main filter. ・By changing to an automatic door specification, you can solve the situation where your hands are full and hygiene problems.

■Choice of aisle shape

The basic shape of the passageway is a straight type, but we also have specifications that can accommodate cases where the entrance passageway is at right angles due to the installation location of the air shower or the layout of the building building. Right angle type (L), straight type, three-way passage type (T). There are directions for entering and exiting the room, so please specify exits to the right and left.

■Selection of effective dimensions inside the air shower

Depending on the application, please specify the (effective) frontage width, depth, and indoor height of the air shower. If they have the same frontage dimensions, they can be connected depending on the purpose. (Control is the same throughout) (Valid) When the frontage width is 800mm, the standard specification is that the indoor height is around 1,950mm.

■Selection of balloon surface

・Single blowout specification: Only one blowout on either the left or right side. ・Double-sided blowout specification: Blowout from both left and right sides ・3-way airflow specification: both left and right sides + airflow from the ceiling
