About This Product
This is a revolutionary system that allows email notifications to be sent from the emergency notification device WhiteLock (for general lines). Using this system, you can send e-mail notifications from a landline phone line even if you do not have an internet environment. Some lines may not be available, so please be sure to make sufficient test reports. We cannot guarantee operation via routers such as modems or terminal adapters.
■Functions and features
When report data is automatically sent from our product "Emergency Notification Device WhiteLock" to the telephone number (IP line) of the "Email Transmission System Server" installed by our company, please register in the "Email Transmission System" in advance. Send a message to the email address you provided.

・WhiteLock21MM・21HW・110F・22 is not supported.
-During system maintenance, you may not be able to receive email notifications, so please use this in conjunction with voice notifications. Additionally, we will not notify you each time there is an error when sending an email.
・When connecting to an optical line (IP line), please check the setting method.
- We cannot guarantee operation via routers such as modems and terminal adapters.
■About email delays
Internet mail (email) is sent via the Internet and may be delayed. The process between sending and receiving an email goes through three servers, so there may be a delay at the server. Also, if the recipient is a mobile phone, there may be a delay depending on the reception environment.
■System fee
Advance payment of system fee is required. WhiteLock110A17 includes one year's system fee. A system fee is required from the second year.
