■H/mercury lamp
High-purity mercury (Hg) and a small amount of rare gas are sealed in a quartz glass arc tube.The main wavelength is 365nm, and it efficiently emits ultraviolet rays of 254nm, 303nm, and 313nm. It is characterized by a higher output of short wavelength ultraviolet rays than other lamps, and is mainly used for clear paint coatings.
■M/metal halide lamp
In addition to mercury, metal is sealed in the form of a halide inside the arc tube, and it emits ultraviolet light over a wide range of wavelengths from 200nm to 450nm. Compared to mercury lamps, these lamps have a higher output of long-wavelength ultraviolet light of 300 to 450 nm, and are used for curing printing ink.
■ME/High efficiency metal halide lamp
A high-efficiency lamp with 20% higher 365nm illuminance compared to conventional metal halide lamps. It meets many demands, from high-spec applications that require higher illuminance to cost and energy savings in existing processes.
■MA/High power metal halide lamp
It is characterized by a particularly high output in the 400 to 450 nm wavelength range, as it is filled with a metal halide that is different from metal halide lamps. Used for curing pigmented thick film paints.
■High output 240W/cm/320W/cm lamp
Suitable when higher speed is desired. For example, this is used when the installation space for the irradiator is limited and the number of UV lights cannot be increased.
■Instant lighting lamp
Normal lamps require about 3 minutes to stabilize after lighting, but instant lamps stabilize in less than 10 seconds. It is used mainly for web printing, mainly sticker printing, which previously required a shutter.
■Compatible with luminous length up to 3000mm
