About This Product

■Summary

AutoWeighingSystem is an automatic weighing system for samples in mini tube containers used in screening. ・Measure the weight of each tube with 96, 48 or 24 tubes in an SBS standard rack - Calculate the net weight by measuring the tare weight before adding the compound and subtracting it from the weight after addition. ・Increase throughput by pushing up the tube from the bottom and measuring its weight ・Read the 1D barcode on the side of the rack and the 2D barcode on the bottom of the tube for ID management ​・Compact design with consideration for interlocking with dispensing systems, compound preparation devices, etc.

■Operation flow 1 Measure the weight of dried powder

・Tare the container and save the tare weight for each ID. ・After dispensing the synthetic compound, dry it. (separate device) ・Weigh and save NET weight for each ID

■Operation flow 2 Management of diluted compounds

・Add DMSO to adjust concentration based on powder weight (separate device) ・Weigh the tube and save the NET weight for each ID ・Stored in warehouse after measurement is completed

■Operation flow 3: Management of remaining liquid amount of stored compounds

・Take out the compound from the warehouse. (separate device) ・Dispense the compound into small portions to the daughter plate. (separate device) ・Weigh and save NET weight for each ID ・Stored in warehouse after measurement is completed
