About This Product

FAC is an optical element with a short focal length and large NA, so assembly accuracy requires high alignment accuracy at the submicron level. However, since it is a very small optical element, it is difficult to handle and bond, and requires a high level of skill. FISBA can also add "tabs" to FAC as an option to reduce the difficulty of handling and gluing. The tab and FAC are positioned with high precision (±2μm), and a structure (Glue Stop) can be added to prevent adhesive from seeping into unnecessary areas. The tab can also suppress and control FAC warping (Smile).

■Characteristics of FISBA FAC

- Adding tabs makes handling easier. - Reduces FAC warping (Smile). ・The height difference between the tab and FAC can be adjusted according to the individually measured BFL of FAC. - Reduces adhesive thickness variations. ・Glue Stop available *This product is manufactured by FISBA, an alliance partner of our company.
