About This Product
Dry Lube is an organically bonded functional film that is a hybrid blend of lubricating substances such as molybdenum disulfide, graphite, and fluororesin, and various special binders and dispersed in various solvents or water. It exhibits excellent sliding properties and stability even under special environments (vacuum, corrosive environments, radiation) and harsh environments (low and high temperatures).

The friction coefficient value of fluororesin is 0.03 to 0.04, and fluororesin dry lube is a solid film lubricant made by blending PTFE, FEP, etc. with various carrier solvents. Among the existing synthetic resins, fluororesin has the best low friction and non-stick properties, and also has properties such as chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and electrical insulation. Fluororesin dry lube is used in various fields as a multifunctional coating that takes advantage of these properties.
The friction coefficient value of fluororesin dry lube ranges from 0.03 to 0.1 depending on the sliding conditions. Because of this low friction, it exhibits excellent lubricity under light loads and provides stable sliding. In addition, fluororesin does not stick to other objects, so it can be used as a non-adhesive and mold release material.
