・Using materials and equipment made in Japan and Germany, we use German-made 50CrMo4 (DIN) alloy steel, which has excellent hardening and tempering properties. We manufacture precision ball screws in accordance with ISO9001 quality control and JIS B1192. In addition, high precision is maintained by manufacturing, assembling, and inspecting at a constant temperature.
・Using a split return tube (patented in Taiwan), we have a track record of a DN value of MAX 140,000 for high lead products.
・High DN value: maximum 220,000
・Space saving: Reduce nut outer diameter by 20-25%
