About This Product

■Achieves a large FOV that can capture all head and neck areas at once

・By adopting an ultra-large flat panel, it is possible to acquire a large FOV (field of view) of 15 cm in diameter x 16 cm in height, one of the largest in the industry, in a single scan. All of the paranasal sinuses, including the frontal sinuses, and both ears can be imaged at the same time, reducing the burden on the patient and minimizing the effects of body movement. ・Simple head X-ray photography is also possible using the same flat panel as CT. The entire head can be photographed at once with a shooting area of ​​25cm wide x 31cm high. - Manufactured at our own factory in Kyoto, a city where tradition and innovation live.

■The latest core technology that achieves high image quality and low radiation exposure

Theoretically, a high radiation dose would result in a high-definition clinical image quality, but the Plexion 3D Explorer ENT achieves a precise balance between radiation dose and high-definition clinical image quality. Our in-house developed 110kV output pulsed X-ray generator equipped with an X-ray tube with a focus size of 0.3mm and an ultra-large flat panel with 2,048 x 2,560 pixels provide a highly detailed voxel size of 0.2mm for patient safety. At the same time, we have achieved low radiation exposure.

■Scout shooting function to reduce shooting mistakes

The actual imaging range is confirmed through preliminary scout imaging before the actual imaging is performed, which prevents re-imaging due to positioning errors and provides peace of mind for the patient.

■Ultra-large flat panel allows simple head X-ray photography

Plain X-rays of the head can also be taken using the same flat panel as CT. The ultra-large panel measuring 25cm wide x 31cm high allows you to photograph the entire head at once. The rotating part is designed to be wide, reducing the burden on the patient during positioning.
