■Features of the reciprocating traction endless manual winch ME series
This is the world's first reciprocating manual winch that uses a double drum. Unlike a capstan drum, this is an innovative winch that can be used not only for horizontal pulling, but also for lifting and lowering operations. There are also two types of brake systems available: one for lifting and one for horizontal pulling.
■Two types of brake systems
There is a mechanical brake type that automatically applies the brake in one direction just by operating the handle, which is suitable for lifting and lowering work, and a latch type brake that holds the brake in both winding and unwinding directions when the brake is applied, which is suitable for horizontal pulling work. Two types of braking systems are used.
■Wire rope setting method
The side frame is removable, so when the side frame is removed, it becomes cantilevered and the wire rope can be easily wrapped around the drum from any part of the wire rope.
■No need to remove tension
Two drums with special wire grooves that rotate simultaneously in the same direction and a wire holding roller installed on each drum provide stable reciprocating traction force and prevention of wire rope loosening with just one main unit. Therefore, unlike a capstan winch, there is no need to maintain tension between the drum and wire rope.
■Easy operability
Due to its high mechanical efficiency, the hand load during operation is much lighter compared to winches made by other companies, making work easier. Due to its compact design, it is lightweight and very convenient to carry. In addition, the main body can be easily fixed using the specified bolts. Another great feature is that each part is made of press work, and the whole thing is assembled with bolts, so it can be easily disassembled.
In the case of repairs, anyone can easily repair and assemble by simply purchasing the parts and following the instruction manual.
■Excellent durability
All bearings use ball bearings from leading manufacturers. It is easy to wind and exhibits outstanding strength against wear. Furthermore, the reducer uses gears based on our unique transposition method that has undergone special heat treatment, allowing work to be carried out with ease. The mechanical brake also has a mechanism that allows you to freely adjust the gear up, so it is extremely durable.
In addition, the surface is completely primed and baked, so it is resistant to rust and can be used in any work location, making it unrivaled in durability.
