About This Product

The tie bar strain sensor QE2008-W is a sensor that is installed directly on the tie bar of an injection molding machine or die casting machine to measure the amount of strain (elongation) in the tie bar that occurs during mold clamping. The sensor is fixed to the tie bar with a strong magnet, so there is no need for additional work on the tie bar, and since it is wireless, installation work is efficient and mold clamping force can be easily measured when needed. Can be installed on tie bars of Φ45 or larger. (However, Φ70 or more is recommended) On a device with a dedicated app installed, you can convert the strain amount of each tie bar into mold clamping force and display it, or display a chart. In addition, new functions have been added to confirm sensor mounting position, measure tie bar bending, and measure injection pressure characteristics.

・Can measure strain (elongation)/mold clamping force of molding machine tie bars ・Because of wireless communication, the time required for wiring can be significantly reduced. ・The dedicated app can be downloaded to laptops, tablets, and smartphones. ・Easy to attach and detach as it is fixed with magnet (recommended tie bar diameter φ70 or more) ・Equipped with a recording function to CSV file (data management after measurement possible) ・You can select from 2 sensors (1 tie bar) to 8 sensors (4 tie bars) according to the measurement conditions. ・Comes with a dedicated carrying case (convenient to carry and store) ・Equipped with a rechargeable battery that can be used for up to 12 hours
