About This Product

Sensormate's tie bar strain sensor (Tiebar Strain Sensor) QE1008 series can be installed directly on the tie bar of an injection molding machine, die casting machine, press machine, etc. to prevent strain (elongation) of the tie bar that occurs during mold clamping of the molding machine. ) quantity can be measured. The sensor part is fixed using a magnetic method, so no additional work on the tie bar is required. It is suitable for measuring purposes to prevent tie bars from breaking and mold damage, and to measure mold clamping force and adjust tie bar balance as necessary.
