About This Product

The NP465XL series nozzle pressure sensor for injection molding machines is a pressure sensor that is ideal for measuring resin that is always in a molten state during the injection molding process. The mounting screw uses a loose nut type, and the flexible hose (Φ5) that protects the capillary can be bent freely up to a minimum bending radius of 25 mm, so there are no dimensional restrictions on the mounting location. In addition to the nozzle part, it can also be used for hot runners, hot melt applicators, etc.

■Features

・The tip (diaphragm) directly contacts the resin to measure pressure, allowing for highly accurate measurements. ・High durability is achieved by using Inconel 718 as the pressure receiving member material.
