About This Product
NSK's thrust ball bearings are designed to receive thrust loads during high-speed operation, and consist of a washer-like raceway with raceway grooves in which the balls roll. Thrust ball bearings are divided into flat seat types and alignment seat types depending on the seat shape of the washer. Note that axial loading can be applied, but radial loading cannot be applied.
NSK's thrust ball bearings are available in single type and double type. The single-type washer consists of two washers (shaft washer and housing washer) and one retainer with built-in balls. The duplex type consists of three washers and two retainers incorporating balls. In the case of a double type, the shaft washer is sandwiched between two cages that incorporate balls.
