About This Product
The Atlas Insertion Loss Measurement System is designed to be easy to use, allowing PCB manufacturers and others to make accurate and reproducible measurements of PCB transmission line loss in the PCB manufacturing environment. The system consists of Atlas Si for TDR or Atlas Si for VNA.
■Atlas Si for Anritsu VNA
Atlas Si for VNA is a highly accurate insertion loss measurement package designed for PCB manufacturers and OEMs. It provides accurate and repeatable measurements of frequency-based transmission line loss, allowing you to meet the demanding goals of ensuring signal integrity within the limits of modern high-speed chipsets.
Insertion loss testing on Atlas Si for VNA supports the Delta-L test method for differential and single-ended insertion loss testing. Atlas Si for VNA is compatible with the industry standard Anritsu ShockLine™ MS46524B 43.5GHz 4-port vector network analyzer. The MS46524B 4-port VNA covers a wideband frequency range from 50 kHz to 43.5 GHz and measures single-ended and mixed-mode S-parameters.
The MS46524B series supports SCPI command programming and uses industry standard LAN communication for remote control of test applications. Users can choose to use Atlas by simply connecting it to their own instruments, or choose to receive a turnkey package from Polar.
