A non-contact thickness measurement system combined with the Keyence CL series. The KEYENCE Multicolor Laser Coaxial Displacement Meter CL series is a multicolor confocal sensor that can measure with high precision regardless of the material. By combining the COMS thickness measurement system with this CL series, it is possible to grasp the thickness data of the entire surface by automatically moving to the specified XY coordinates and importing the coordinates and thickness data into Excel.
Select whether to measure in a matrix (grid) or each coordinate registered in Excel. You can acquire measurement data from the CL-3000 while moving automatically and collect the data in Excel in real time.
We will take care of the delivery and installation of the measurement system, initial software settings, and operation training, so you can use it immediately after installation. (CL-3000 operation method is compatible with Keyence Corporation)
