About This Product

■Long stroke of up to 2,200mm. It can also handle large and heavy objects.

High precision, high rigidity, and high load capacity type using a linear slide guide. Precision ball screws enable large and heavy objects to be moved over long distances and at high speeds. Equipped with a long stroke of up to 2,200mm, it can meet a wide range of on-site needs.

■Usability

・A 5μm/100mm reference plane is provided on the side of the stage, allowing for highly accurate installation. ・JOG operation, parameter setting, and program operation are easily possible by using controller CP-700 (sold separately) and TOOL software.

■Preventing foreign matter from entering and improving safety

・Lineup includes stage mechanism with cover ・Prevents foreign objects from getting into or touching the ball screw part
