About This Product

■High rigidity even in a small space. It has a load capacity of 8kg and is compact.

Achieves space savings compared to conventional stages. The lineup starts with a travel distance of 10 mm, making it possible to further downsize the equipment. Wiring to the stage is easy as it can be installed with a one-touch connector.

■Small size and high rigidity

- Saves space by up to 70 mm in length and 20 mm in width compared to conventional models ・Uses a U-shaped outer rail structure that allows for a load capacity of 8 kg. ・Lineup from 10mm travel distance

■High precision positioning

・Highly accurate running parallelism due to U-shaped outer rail structure + 4-point contact structure guide system ・Position repeatability ±2μm or less ・Uses precision-ground guide rails and ball screws to enable highly accurate positioning.

■Usability

・A 5μm/100mm reference surface is provided on the side of the stage, allowing for highly accurate parallel and perpendicular assembly. ・Wiring to the stage can be installed with one-touch connect. ・JOG operation, parameter setting, and program operation are easily possible by using controller CP-700 (sold separately) and TOOL software.

・Lineup includes stage mechanism with cover ・Prevents foreign objects from getting into or touching the ball screw part
