About This Product

■Product introduction- Insulating sheets with excellent flame retardancy (UL94 VTM-0, VTM-2) available from the thinnest 0.05mm.
-Can be used not only as an insulator but also as a spacer. Additionally, due to its high concealability, it can also be used as a light blocking material.

■Example of expected use・Insulation between boards/metal casings of PCs, game consoles, etc.
・Battery internal insulation application
- Light shielding applications such as cameras
- Light shielding applications such as cameras

Features
■Thinnest 0.05mm・Space saving due to thinness
・Contributes to lower thermal resistance due to insulation and thinness

■Workability・Supports complex shapes through vacuum forming and bending
・Flame retardant
・UL94 V-0 certification (0.1mm thickness or more)

■Excellent light blocking properties (optical density: 4 or higher) *Black model only・It has excellent hiding properties, and even a thin film has high light blocking properties.
- Contributes to preventing light leakage from inside the device.

■Prevention of static electricity・Anti-static treatment is standard on all lineups.
・Prevents dust from adhering during processing and contributes to workability.
