■Product overview

"Tap unit ST series" in the progressive press mold By incorporating it into the lower mold of the press machine, it is possible to add tapping during the press processing flow. Simultaneous processing of press forming and tapping greatly reduces tapping man-hours and outsourcing costs, and significantly improves productivity. Tapping processing is possible in synchronization with a press machine. The control unit controls the tap unit's machining start and completion points, tap feed speed, and return speed according to the press stroke and machining angle.
