Since CT has XYZ coordinate information, defects can also be displayed in terms of volume. In addition, the size of defects is displayed on a color map, allowing you to intuitively check the distribution of defects within the workpiece.
■Coordinate measurement
For conical or cylindrical workpieces, it is possible to automatically calculate the axis deviation between arbitrary spatial centers. In addition, various measurements such as distance, angle, roundness, coaxiality, diameter, parallelism, flatness, etc. can be performed.
The basis of measurement is the surface accuracy of the material, and the following two points are key to improving accuracy.
